Hoisin-Lemon Duck

Hoisin-Lemon Duck Recipe:

  • 3 lbs duck breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • juice from one lemon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup red wine
  1. Marinate the meat in the mixture overnight, in non-metal container
  2. BBQ hot and fast for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Hoisin sauce is available in the oriental section of most food stores

 

Bacon Wrapped Duck

Bacon Wrapped Duck Recipe:

  • 3 lbs breast meat cubed
  • juice from 1 lemon squeezed over cubes
  • 1/4 cup Montreal steak spice
  • Bacon strips
  1. Marinate for 15- 20 minutes in glass bowl or zip lock
  2. Wrap bacon around duck meat and place 5-6 pieces on a kebob
  3. Cook hot and fast on BBQ

Hint these will flare so only fill 1/3 the grill area and once the flames start, keep the kebobs moving so they don’t burn
