Korean BBQ Breasts

  • 3 lbs breast fillets sliced thinly in to strips ~1/4” thick
  • 1 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic

Mix ingredients, marinate meat overnight in refrigerator, BBQ hot and fast 5-8 minutes total.
Ingredients available at most grocery stores in the Oriental section.

 

Greek Marinade

Greek Marinade Recipe:

  • 3 lbs duck meat cubed
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • juice of two lemons
  • black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic

Marinate breasts overnight, place on kebobs and grill until medium
Add green pepper onions and cherry tomatoes to the kebobs to make a meal.
